How does The Navigator Work?
Each week there will be an amount of pre-work before the call.
This is your planning time, and to get the most out of the program you must complete the exercises as these will become your guide to what work is right for you.
Each week we’ll then have a 30-45minute coaching call which is your opportunity to take your map of the world & plot your path through to the next stage of the journey. It’s a chance to stop, take stock & decide what’s next. To bounce around ideas about how the journey is going, what challenges are unfolding & what new tools you may need to move forwards.
At the end of the 9 weeks you’ll have a huge treasure trove of tools that will set you up for practical success in seeking out work that is a “fit for life” work & career purpose.
